Life goes on...

...and on, and on, and on. Where's the pause button?

Things have been somewhat busy around here (if not busy - constantly flowing). The holidays are always busy though, so it's to be expected. I think the best of the busy has been getting ready for my brother's wedding in March! Oh, we are just so excited and cannot wait to see him and his bride united as one in Christ... *huge smile*

My new camera has been a huge blessing to me, and one of the first things I did with it was a senior photoshoot for my sweet friend, Miranda! The photos are up on my photography blog if you want to check them out!

On another note, I am just dying to get quilting again.

Seeing fabrics like these...

...get my fingers itchin for my machine! There have just been many other things in life that make quilting take the back burner. But soon, I tell you, I will be whipping out that rotary board and slicing up that fabric!  ...Lord willing, of course ;D

I hope and pray everyone had a wonderful Christmas, and that you all have a happy and safe new year's eve!

I hope and pray everyone has a beautifully happy Christmas day, remembering
the birth of our Mighty Saviour!

Happy birthday, Jesus!

Christmas Cookie Baking

>> Wednesday, December 22, 2010

As promised, here are some photos from our cookie baking day!

Grandma doing a Christmas puzzle

My little baking buddy was not so sure about all of the different sounds going in the kitchen!

Tricia dear :)

Lu Lu wasn't so sure either, so she stayed in my room where she was safe, but could still see what was going on ;)

My lap cat :D

Grandma has a cat, but he's not exactly a lap cat... so she loves when Oliver plays with her, and this day, he slept in her lap :)

A tradition with cookie baking... Mr. Wich's Pizza!

These were our "Hippie Cookies" ;D

Hope you enjoyed these!  I'm going to be posting photos from Love the Church soon, so check back!
