My Day {January 9th, 2011}

Let me just start off by saying, I am blessed.

Today (well... yesterday at this point ;) was my 19th birthday, and I had a wonderful day.

The morning started off wonderfully with church, of course. After church, I made friendship bracelets with the younger girls (I recently cleaned out my closet and had a ton of string, so I brought it out to share).

I made one and gave it to Berakah (on the right)...

and then little Miss Beri asked if I could help her make one for me (on the left)! She picked 6 colors - I feel like it's the "Bracelet of Many Colors" :D

After church, I asked my mom if we had any dinner plans...

Mom: No, what would you like to do?

Me: Well... is an hour and a half too far to drive for dinner?

Mom: ...Whyyy? Where do you want to go? Disney?

Me: Yes *smile*

We have Disney passes (that expire this month), so mom and dad took me to Epcot for a late dinner tonight! ...Did I mention I'm blessed? :)

We only had a couple of hours by the time we got there, but it was still nice - and cold!! One of my favorite things to do at Epcot is Soarin'.

As we were leaving, we passed a coffee stand and mom asked if I wanted coffee... and I did... but it was $4.75 and I did not want it that bad. So, since I have a Starbucks gift card at the moment, mom and dad said we would find one and stop by on our way home.  They're so sweet :)

So we found one, but it was in a hotel...

...and it was closed.

Then we looked up another one and I called, and the lady said they were open for 9 more minutes! I think I walked in at 3 minutes til.

But there it is... my coffee. Yes, the coffee that I forgot to say "decaf" which is why I'm writing a post at this late hour O.o

Have I proved to you that I am blessed?
God has SO graciously given me amazing friends and family that I don't deserve, and I only hope I
could be half as good a friend to them as they are to me.
